Winnie and Joel Napeñas

We are passionate about educating professionals about personal finance, investing and real estate, to help free them from the ‘golden handcuffs’ of their job. We personally have experienced the benefits of real estate investing, adding multiple streams of income and growing our net worth, and want to teach and help you do the same. Not too long ago, we had no real estate investing knowledge, learned how to do it, and so can you.

Winnie is a full time real estate professional managing our portfolio of over 1500 residential units. She was a certified personal financial planner, project manager in world banking operations, and critical care registered nurse.

Joel is a dental specialist, associate professor, department chief, medical director, published academic and career educator having mentored and trained dozens of doctors over his 20+ year career. He teaches students and doctors from universities across North America and speaks at international meetings about finance, investing and real estate.
